A feature of all McGarrell Reilly Group developments is the high standard of landscaping. CityNorth is no exception. The Campus is located in a highly landscaped environment.

Boundary treatments throughout the development will be homogenous with prominence given to extensive landscaping to create an attractive environment; the divide between public and private will be clearly distinguished; landscaping plans will be prepared at planning application stage. Parking for the units is designed to be unobtrusive and screened from roadways by means of planting. Further planted strips within surface car parks will enhance the quality of the development.
